Fuji Electric Corp. of America (FECOA) has had an active presence in the U.S. since 1970, providing products manufactured by Fuji Electric Systems, Fuji Electric FA Components & Systems and Fuji Electric Device Technology.

There are currently three major offices in North America (Piscataway NJ, Saddle Brook NJ, and Fremont CA) as well as various regional offices in New Hampshire, Wisconsin, and Texas.

Serving the North American market place, FECOA semiconductor offers a wide range of semiconductor products, including IGBT (Modules and Discrete), IPM (Intelligent Power Module), MOSFET and Smart MOSFET, Power Management ICs, Sensor ICs, and Driver ICs (CMOS).
